How to setup Bio Metric Device?
Installation
Step 1: Download the app and install in your device.
(You might asked for advance options to installed it.)
Configurations
Network Configuration:
Ensure that both the Bio Metric device and the desktop software are connected to the same router for proper communication and data transfer.
Device Configuration:
Step 1: Open Bio Metric Software
Step 2: Click on “Device Create”
Step 3: Enter “Device Name”
Step 4: Enter “Device IP Address” (You will find the IP Address in following process:)
i. Go to “Setting / Menu in Device”
ii. Navigate to “Communication -> Network
iii. You will see your device IP address (eg. 192.168.1.1)
(Note your Machine ID and Software Code from the device list)
Device User Registration
Step 1: Go to Settings / Menu -> User Management -> Add/New users
Step 2: Enter bio metric (user ID (eg. 1), Name, Enroll attendance Type (Finger print, ID, Face, Card, Palm, Retina)
(Please note Bio Metric User ID)
Add Device:
Step 1: Open Dashboard -> Bio Metric -> Add Device

Step 2: Click on “Create”
Step 3: Add Software Name, Machine ID, Device Name, Software Code -> Submit
User Mapping
Add Device:
Step 1: Open Dashboard -> Bio Metric -> Add Device
Step 2: Click on “Create”
Step 3: Add Software Name, Machine ID, Device Name, Software Code -> Submit
Step 1: Go to User Mapping – > Select Software, Select Device -> Select Candidate -> Bio Metric User ID (ID from device user ID) -> Submit
